Will followers count towards the average party level? Because then most of us will only get 50% XP (“If your character level is above party average, you get 50% XP”). Also, what about secondary characters just getting a share of the XP of their respective main character? For example, BrĂ²nach gets 1/6 of the total XP, because there are 6 main characters in the group. Of these 1/6, his follower will get 1/3, or 1/18 of the total XP (which leaves 2/18 for BrĂ²nach). This way, everyone would be responsible for their own followers and the other members of the group would not be affected. This would also enable people to have multiple followers, they would just have to spread out their XP even more. The downside is that people would somehow be punished for having followers.

Followers will not count towards the average party level.
My hope is that followers allow you to do more things, therefore compensating for the XP shared. If we discover that this doesn’t work, we will think of something else.
