Effect: This spell creates a strong wind that can be used in two ways.
Area effect: The caster can choose where the wind emenates from, and the direction that it goes in. (see page 95 of the DMG for the effects of wind). The wind has a strength of 10 mph per caster level (max 100mph) though the caster can choose to create a weaker wind if desired, the wind can do anything that a a wind of its strength would normaly do. While concentrating on the spell, the caster can use a move action to change the direction of the wind, or move the place it emenates from (speed 30ft, within the range of the spell). Once the caster stops concentrating the wind continues to blow in that direction for the rest of it’s duration.
Target: This spell is particularly useful against flying creatures, a powerful blast of wind forces the flying creature towards the ground, if the creature hits a solid surface it takes 5D6 of crushing damage from the impact, and must make a fortitude save or be stunned for 1 round. This version of the spell is instantaneous.
