An ancient Thassilonian Medallion, bearing the Sihedron seven pointed rune.
The medallion has a faint necromantic aura. It is made from a leather cord, with a silver disc. On the disc is a seven-pointed star. The seven-pointed star was a very important symbol in ancient Thassilon – it symbolized the seven virtues of rule and the seven schools of Thassilonian magic. The seven virtues of rule are wealth, fertility, honest pride, abundance, eager striving, righteous anger, and rest. They were also the rewards one could enjoy in a position of power. The runelords abandoned the positive side of these aspects and embraced greed, lust, pride, gluttony, envy, wrath, and sloth. The seven schools of magic are apparently somewhat related to the schools of magic known today. Wrath apears to match evocation.
